Mr. Arnell specializes in matters relating to estate planning, administration of estates and trusts, estate litigation and provides expert advice and expert witness support in tax, probate and trust related litigation. He also specializes in tax and business planning for entrepreneurs, professionals and closely-held businesses. Mr. Arnell has co-authored numerous articles and lectured on topics related to his practice areas.

Mr. Arnell is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (a national association of lawyers who have made outstanding contributions to the field of trust and estate law in their communities). He is a graduate of Yale College (cum laude), Stanford Law School, and the New York University School of Law where he received a Masters of Laws (in Taxation). Mr. Arnell was formerly a member of the Sills, Cummis, Radin, Tischman, Epstein & Gross, one of New Jersey’s premier law firms. Mr. Arnell is admitted to practice law in the States of New Jersey and New York.
