MaryAnne Connors Brennan is an experienced residential and commercial real estate and land use attorney focused on all aspects of real estate development and transactions. She specializes in devising practical and efficient methods of improving long term value of properties by challenging zoning limitations and obtaining governmental approvals, reviewing all aspects of financing and managing acquisitions, and guiding clients through environmental testing and compliance. Ms. Brennan has managed the acquisition of and obtained approvals for commercial site plans, office complexes, libraries, farms, strip malls, residential subdivisions and re-development. Ms. Brennan's primary focus is on residential real estate transactions ranging from modest homes to multi-million dollar transactions, providing clients with highly personal and effective assistance involving primary homes, investment properties and vacation homes.

Ms Brennan earned a B.A. in Philosophy and History from the College of William and Mary, graduating in 1987. In 1990, Ms. Brennan received her law degree from the University of Denver and then clerked for the Honorable Mathias E. Rodriguez, J.S.C.. Prior to joining BMK, Ms. Brennan was founding partner of Muti & Brennan, and later continued practicing in her own firm, Law Offices of MaryAnne Connors Brennan, with a strong emphasis on residential and commercial real estate transactions.
