We advise clients on a wide range of land use, zoning, permitting and governmental affairs matters, including site plan and variance applications before local planning boards and zoning boards of adjustment.  Relying upon our experience in dealing with public sector entities, public officials and their attorneys, we lead development teams in the approval process and assist clients in navigating the real estate and regulatory issues involved in the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of property.  When necessary, we aggressively litigate land use matters.
