Fred Tudor joined Brown Moskowitz & Kallen, P.C. as a Partner in December 2009. His practice focuses on bank financings, general corporate and business transactions, stock and asset acquisitions, joint ventures and intellectual property licensing. His practice also includes serving as outside general counsel and advising clients on corporate governance issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tudor served as the Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of ThruPoint, Inc., an international IT consulting services company. During his nine years at ThruPoint, he managed all of ThruPoint's legal affairs on an international basis, built the legal department, and helped run the company as part of ThruPoint's management team.

Prior to joining ThruPoint in 2000, Mr. Tudor was a corporate partner at the law firm of Sills, Cummis & Gross, based in Newark, New Jersey. There, he represented financial institutions as well as entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies and public companies in matters relating to secured and unsecured loans, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and corporate formation and governance.

Mr. Tudor graduated from New York University School of Law in 1987. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Business and Accounting from SUNY Albany. He is admitted in New York and New Jersey.
