Mr. Marlowe is an experienced commercial attorney whose practice is focused on structuring and negotiating commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing (representing both landlords and tenants involving all asset types), financings (public and private), debt restructurings/workouts, and development.  His clients include entrepreneurs, and businesses ranging from start-ups to large commercial enterprises.

Mr. Marlowe previously served as the Vice President and General Counsel of a publicly traded developer, owner and operator of senior living facilities.  Prior to moving in-house in 1994, Mr. Marlowe practiced in the New York office of Reid & Priest, a predecessor of Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP.  Mr. Marlowe received his law degree in 1987 from the UCLA School of Law.  He earned a B.A from the University of Virginia, graduating in 1984 with High Honors.  Mr. Marlowe also has a Masters of Laws (in Taxation) from the New York University School of Law.
