Mr. Schlyen represents both businesses and individuals in a broad range of transactional, general corporate, civil litigation and land use and zoning matters. He counsels businesses through all phases of growth, including formation, capitalization, development and disposition. In addition, he represents clients in all aspects of acquisition and sale transactions.

Mr. Schlyen earned a Juris Doctor degree in 2005 from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark and a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2000.

Mr. Schlyen is currently admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
